some similar needs – developing their organizations,
better understanding the changing needs of their communities,
formulating alliances to achieve their mission more rapidly
and more effectively, and growing beyond their traditional
boundaries. In addition, creating a financially viable and
growing organization within the framework of their not-for-profit
mission, is a constant challenge for many.

Our commitment to social ventures and community-development programs
goes back more than 30 years. We bring a variety of experiences
in this area. From managing programs for large international development
agencies such as OXFAM and CASA, to leading small social-venture
initiatives. At the United Nations Development Program, SWRC, Tilonia,
we led the first group of volunteers to provide healthcare and community
education in remote rural villages.
Internationally Recognized Expertise
The Global Social Ventures Program, sponsored by Goldman Sachs,
Berkeley and Columbia Universities, and London Business School,
invited us as a founding mentor to this program, and we have helped
a variety of social ventures since then.
